   i've been having this problem since i reset my PC to fix the sound issues i couldn't notice any solutions toeverything loads up fine just the keyboard is stuck on numb lock and the mouse doesn't piece of work either.i've tried repairing and rebooting and but about everything there is including running on safe modeThe just problem is considering information technology is fully reset and asking me to pick my region there is no lock screen for me to log into.but i can't go my keyboard or mouse to function in order to select anything and don't know of a prepare for this.
